Arrival in Tønsberg and check-in at Hotel Klubben from 15:00. The hotel is beautifully located on the waterfront and has been a central part of the city’s cultural life since 1968.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Take a stroll along the harbor promenade, explore Norway’s oldest town, or relax at the hotel before the program commences.
After breakfast, we depart by private coach to Oslo.
Our first visit is to the spectacular MUNCH, home to the world’s largest collection of works by Edvard Munch. Through a private guided tour led by Öde Nerdrum and Einar Duenger Bøhn, we explore selected works in depth, engaging in careful examination and reflective conversation.
Lunch is served at the museum’s renowned restaurant Tolvte og Kranen, including a two-course meal with wine pairing.
In the afternoon, we continue to the National Museum, Norway’s largest museum for art, architecture, and design. Here, our guides invite us to slow down and encounter selected masterpieces through artistic and philosophical dialogue.
The day concludes with a welcome dinner at Ekebergrestauranten, beautifully situated above the Oslofjord. A three-course dinner with wine pairing is included.
Return to Tønsberg by private coach in the evening.

After a relaxing morning, we travel by private coach to Stavern and the Nerdrum Museum.
This extended guided visit offers a rare and intimate encounter with the art and universe of Odd Nerdrum. Particular attention is given to selected works, opening up for deeper conversations about symbolism, technique, and the human condition.
Lunch is served at Havfuglen Café, located next to the museum. A two-course lunch is included.
We return to Hotel Klubben in the late afternoon. The evening is at leisure.

After breakfast, the morning is free to enjoy Tønsberg at your own pace.
In the afternoon, we gather for a private drawing session with a live model. This session is designed as a natural continuation of our museum visits. No prior drawing experience is required. The focus is on attentive observation – learning to truly see light, proportion, and presence.
The session also includes a small, informal competition to encourage concentration and engagement in a playful spirit.
In the evening, we meet for a farewell dinner at Restaurant Victor, located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. A three-course dinner with wine pairing is served in a private area reserved for our group.
